To expand on what Luke said, you're 40% likely to pull a bronze card but last I checked we only had about 40 made. People would end up with a million copies of the same fizzled out S40 player. So we're just waiting until we're comfortable with the number of cards that exist for each rarity level to prevent that from happening.

Just extremely unpleasant to look at. I feel comfortable sharing this cause these cards aren't rare and the site won't look like this so I'm not spoiling anything
