Prompt 1 (can’t even remember when I last went for a P1 :D)
The Texas Renegades of this season are ripe with exciting storylines! From the stepping down of the previous management team at the end of last season to a true rookie on the team taking over as head general manager, to the departure of the team’s most prolific scorer these past few seasons and the team looking for ways to cope with that loss. The team welcoming a new high profile defenseman acquired through a draft day trade, as well as several prospect turned rookies joining the pro team and looking to find their roles. Also, by now and despite the influx of youth, mostly with an aging core, the team is looking to make one last serious push for another Challenge Cup championship before committing to another rebuild phase under new management. Add to this the league-wide uncertainty of having to cope with the new set of rules and regulations regarding simulation tactics. All these changes converging upon the Texas Renegades team this season should make for some thrilling drama! After 69 shots on net with still no SHL goals to show for it, even the opposition started to feel so sorry for Lemo, that they decided to help him out :D
- Bad pass by Jack Klompus, he gave it right to Lemo Pihl.
- Lemo Pihl rips it to the net...
- Lemo Pihl will find the empty net, that should do it!
