Can you talk some more about your plans for the test simming issue instead then? Is your planned solution gonna focus on access, so that fewer people can get their hands on the file, or are you planning to limit or outlaw test-simming under the threat of punishment, with a system that is maybe comparable to the tampering-rules we have?

I think you can never get rid of test simming. Because one guy would spend 8 hours recreating the file to test sim. Threat of punishment would be the best way to do it. But if only 1 person is doing it and not telling anyone, they can’t get caught
