i'm all for living a healthier lifestyle, excited to hear you're going for it. in ten years when you're pushing 30 (like me) you'll be so glad you built good exercise and diet habits when you did (i didn't). shit's hard to learn and keep up when you have a mortgage and a full time job.
just a word of caution, your weight goal is very aggressive. losing more than 2lb/1kg per week over an extended period is tough on your body, and can require some pretty extreme diet changes or exercise routines that are usually not sustainable. depending on your routine and preferred exercises you might not see a change on the scale right away. especially in the beginning, focus on feeling better and having a body that can do what you want to do. those are the real goals of a healthy diet and exercise. hit the gym, soak a shirt, develop a taste for salad, and good luck buddy |
