The Quebec City Citadelles are expecting to have a good season this year! Coming off of a 6-3 win over the Colorado Raptors, the owls are sitting at fifth place in the league, with a 9-5 record as of now. Not exactly where they want to be, but certainly trending in the right direction. The leading scorer so far this season, is none other than Sophie Bordeleau. This center is currently sitting at 22 points with 9 goal and 13 assists to lead the team. With 45 shots over 14 games and an astounding 28.9 shot percentage, she knows how to put the puck in the net! On the back end, Nikolai Skovgaard is playing the role as a shut down defenseman. Nikolai leads the team in takeaways (17) and has only been scored on once in the 14 games he has played in. However, he is no stranger to generating offense as well, touting 8 assists and 1 goal so far this season, leading Quebec's defense in points. The starting goaltender for Quebec this season is Caleb Hayden. Caleb has played in 12 out of the 14 games so far this season and boasts a .901 save percentage and a 2.59 goals against average.
