I think my rookie season was 'alright'. As a backup goalie you never really know what to expect. With an older goalie (hi Tummy!) on the team as the starter you know right from the start that you would have somewhat limited ice time and might get the easier games. I believe that is what happened in my case and that slightly showed in my stats as well. The positive part was that we actually made the playoffs and went reasonably far, but didn't win the cup in the end. The expectations start now because I now have a season to compare myself to and I want to be better next season. I want to improve in all areas and I'm sure that's possible for me. I might even get some more starts, we'll see.
