I'm pretty impressed with Willow's rookie season all things considered. The Regina Elk were going through a bit of an identity crisis with two of the biggest defenders on the team being traded away for future picks, and Willow was tasked with being the new face of the defense. To say that it was a massive task was an understatement, but she stepped up and stepped into the skates of Hodor before her, literally. She led the team in blocked shots and countless amounts of bruises to go along with it. She even was able to chip in offensively with 21 points for a very good rookie season overall.
