Some quick research reveals that one of the key players on the Vancouver  Whalers is Kales Ashford. He's sixth in points and tied for third in goals. The second most important player on the team is INACTIVE FOREVER with twenty-six points. Another core player is  right wing Jeff  Lewis with twenty four points in nineteen games. As well as seventeen assist . As for the results on the ice,  Vancouver is third in the SMJHL and  first place in their division by six points. They have  seventy seven goals against them as opposed to  eighty four goals for them. They're also seven two and two at home this season as well two to one in shootouts.
All around Vancouver is a  top contender in this league and a pretty well built team overall.  I think the team relies on a group effort as opposed to one or two people. Depth should be helpful for them later as the season goes on and we get to the playoffs.
