A DREAM written down with a date becomes a GOAL
A GOAL broken down into steps becomes a PLAN
A PLAN backed by ACTION becomes REALITY.


Step 1:  After today 6/12/23, Stop drinking soda.
Step 2:  Go 1 week without drinking soda to see how you feel (reporting to chirper daily).
Step 3:  Use the SHL for accountability (under pain of a good roasting should I fail)
Step 4:  Proceed on and profit?

Wish you luck! I drank soda every day for years and was able to get to the point where it was occasional. I've drank it a lot more often recently and told myself I need to stop again. Your post is a sign!
