I don't know if you are lurking about but as someone who suffered serious depression, anxiety and panic attacks over covid it can feel like you are very alone when it feels like no one cares. but only after my depression did i really get a look at how much around those did care even if they didn't come checking in on me at every turn. for one it isnt their job and they have their own struggles to deal with and everyone deals with it differently so you can never be sure if you want to be talked with or not and don't want to put further pressure on you if you are not ready. helping people with mental issues is not a simple and to jump in with no idea if you can even help them would be irresponsible in my opinion. having a few people check and then checking through friends to make sure you are ok is the right decision to handle it and i do not believe that your differing opinion caused them to act how they have. i hope you do feel better in time, what has helped me is i started working out again and just being outside more and seeing friends whenever i can, its not much of a suggestion but not knowing your full situation it is all i can offer. good luck
