1. Fan Appreciation Day
Your team is giving back to their supporters by holding a fan appreciation day for one of their games, where the team will hand out a special commemorative item to show thanks for their continued support of the franchise. You have been tasked to design the product to be given out to the attendees (can be a rally towel, foam finger, bobble head, etc.) Write a blurb about the item, including details on during which game was / will be given out.

Hey there, fellow Falcons! Get ready to score big time because the Detroit Falcons hockey team is throwing the ultimate Fan Appreciation Day bash, and guess what? They're hooking everybody up with a seriously awesome souvenir that'll make all your friends jealous!

Introducing the *drumroll*... "Falcon Frenzy Bobble Bonanza"! Yeah, you heard it right – these ain't your grandma's bobbleheads. These bad boys are like mini works of art, featuring our favorite players doing their thing on the ice, complete with head-nodding action that's so hypnotic, you might just start nodding along without realizing it. But that’s not it. If you throw it hard enough, the bobblehead sprouts wings and SKREEEES at people. You can keep it as a souvenir or torture your friends with it.

These bobbleheads aren't just cool to look at; they've got heart, just like our team. Each one is gonna be handed out on Valentines to honour the love our organization has with its fans. The Falcons face off against those pesky Raptors in an all losers matchup. It's gonna be a showdown you won't wanna miss – and hey, you'll even be able to remember it forever thanks to your trusty bobble buddy.

So, mark your calendars for Feb 14th, grab your lucky jersey, and come join the party! Our Falcons are all about giving back, and this time, it's with a side of hilarious head-bobbing action. See you at the game, fam – let's show 'em how real Falcons fans do it! Skreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

2. Looking Towards the Future
As we near the end of S72, the SMJHL draft will be happening soon. Going into next season, what are your team's biggest needs and areas of strength? Do any holes need to be filled with call-ups? Do you have a position that is incredibly stacked? Give us all an overview of your team, from top to bottom.

The Detroit Falcons are definitely sitting pretty with a solid locker room dynamic and top-notch leadership, and it's practically a given that their future holds some serious victories. However, let's not sugarcoat things – this year won't be one for the highlight reel. The team has grappled, and a large part of it boils down to the relative greenness of their players.

Now, peeking into the crystal ball, strategic moves are a must for the Detroit Falcons. Maintaining their stellar draft record, much like their successful recent seasons, remains a cornerstone. Bolstering the roster with fresh talent is pivotal for sustained competitiveness. Yet, let's pump the brakes for a sec – as crucial as drafting is, it's a supporting role in the grand scheme. The real MVP is nurturing the existing lineup. It's the complete package, from the star-studded starting line to the dependable backup goaltending.

Here's the scoop: drafting is the appetizer, but the entrée is honing the current roster. We're talking about developing what's already in-house. These players aren't just jerseys with numbers, they're the heart of the Falcon collective. The synergy they're cooking up and the combined growth potential, that's the secret sauce that's gonna determine their trajectory. As they set their sights on future triumphs, cohesion and concerted effort are poised to secure the Detroit Falcons' position in the winners' circle.

4. Funtimes
You have been designated as the team's official Fun Director! Now, everyone is looking for some sort of fun activity where you all can spend an afternoon or day to chill, hang out and build some team spirit. Especially after a long and stressful season, what are your plans to ensure everyone has a great time?

As the appointed Fun Director, it's time to shift gears and recharge after a demanding hockey season. Our goal: create a well-deserved break that combines relaxation, team bonding, and a dash of adventure.

Picture this: a rejuvenating day at the local outdoor adventure park. We'll start with a friendly round of disc golf to spark some healthy competition and test our precision skills. Then, we'll hit the hiking trails to soak in nature's beauty and regroup mentally. The afternoon will be dedicated to team-building activities like a scavenger hunt, where we'll solve riddles and conquer challenges together.

To truly unwind, we'll organize a cinema night featuring iconic sports movies that fuel our passion and dedication. Sharing insights and laughter as we relive epic moments will remind us why we're a team in the first place.

But it's not all about the great outdoors – let's tap into our culinary side. Enlisting a professional chef for a cooking workshop will add a flavorful twist. Collaboratively crafting a meal will translate our teamwork from the ice to the kitchen.

Oh, and let's not forget some downtime. Providing space for everyone to pursue their individual interests, whether it's reading, gaming, or just lounging, is key to recharging those batteries.

As we transition from an intense season to a well-earned break, this plan aims to foster unity, camaraderie, and self-care. It's about reminding ourselves that beyond the fast-paced action on the ice, we're a cohesive team that thrives through shared experiences, fun, and a chance to recharge both mentally and physically.
