You're looking for someone you hope builds their player for 2/3 years as well as someone that the rest of the team wants to be around. With the randomness built into the sim, you can't bank on any player performing at the level they are expected to, but you can typically bank on someone's LR fit. 

A good article overall, just don't put too much stock into one J season when it comes to the SHL draft.

I know :p stats are basically meaningless. I don’t actually believe anything that I wrote in this article, and all the top 10 picks are great players. Just thought it would be fun to write about from an in-universe character who doesn’t fully grasp the nature of TPE
