Option 2:
The best thing that the young D man and his goalie do is practice with seeing past Nik since he is trying to block every shot so the goalie doesn't have to work as hard. Nik will stand in front of his goalie and eat shots as his teammates shoot shots at them. It is Nik's job to blocks as many shots as possible and get in the way and take the shots. While the goalie if any gets past Nik they need to make the save and not let in goals. Every time a goal goes in they both have to do some laps on the ice. They keep going until they both stop 30 in a row. and then they switch sides. It does leave Nik pretty dang bruised and roughed up but it is his strength and the goalie get good shot help from the drill as well, |
