Sad Ketchup tends to do a lot of drills with his goaltenders during practice time whether its drills crashing the net, shots, rebounds, screen and more. Often Sad Ketchup starts off with basic shots just to warm the goalie up. Then he moves onto shots off the rush aka skating down towards the goalie. When Sad Ketchup does drills with his goalies he tries to shoot everywhere to give the goalie the best possible looks and reps. Next sad Ketchup would begin a rebound drill. This drill Ketchup shoots purposely into the pads and usually the rebound pops back to him and he goes for a deke or a shot and the goalie must react. After that the crashing the net drills occur, which involve more players, this is obvious where a shot is taken and the players rush the net to try and score. Often Sad Ketchup likes to play zone hockey setting up the nets close together for am mini game which can be difficult for goalies with constant action.
