Option 2:
Everyday in practice, Denebor Milasch and Stan Free go through a series of drills to work on various different facets of goaltending. They usually start by doing extensive stretching both in the locker room and on the ice to make sure they are limber and avoid injuries. The first drill is usually low shots. Working on butterfly style saves and kicking from post to post. Next they will work on glove drills. Working to make sure they make glove saves without giving up rebounds. They will then usually work on some non-goalie drills. Working on things like skating, balance, and stick handling. They will sometimes race just to see who is faster in their full gear just for fun. It's a big bragging rights competition. While they do not take part in the normal passing drills they do work with the defensemen to help with outlet passing. Near the end of practice they will usually do a short scrimmage facing Denebor and Stan against each other in a game situation. The forwards will be randomly selected for each team each time to make sure both goalies get a chance to practice against various different shot styles and play styles. Thank you @Ragnar for the Sig!
