Oh, hand-eye coordination is the sort of thing that sadly takes a lot more time than one would expect in terms of skills that you can use in a hockey game. That said, you can train it in many ways, whether at the gym or just at home, practicing with throwing lemons and whatnot. That said, I doubt I can really say what is the best way to train it.
I mean, you could think of it psychologically - the best way to train is to find something you see as pleasant enough that allows you to develop your skills while you simply enjoy yourself (or just not bore yourself to tears while doing so) which is then a "win-win". Sunrise himself mostly practiced that sort of stuff as a youth in his family's farm, throwing vegetables around and whatnot, though it also helped to try and tackle pigs down before they left their area.
