There are a number of ways to train hand eye coordination and many of them are just fun. Bouncing a ball off of a wall and catching it is a great way to start it. Video games are also a great way to work on it. Basically anything that requires your eyes and hands to work together. So really its less about finding the best way to do it and finding the way you wanna do it. When Grondlund's favorite is to just get a street puck and smack it around similar to throwing a ball towards a wall and catching it. Except its more focused towards hockey players, particularly forwards and defensemen. But regardless Grondlund's not a teacher, but he would be more then willing to help people practice the skills. Hand eye coordination is super important for everyone to practice, regardless if you play sports are not. Things that actively get the brain working are good for mental strength. So get out there and do the thing.
