John Brown loves to train endurance and stamina. Frankly they're his two favorite traits to prioritize training. This means that he often gets up very early on his farm and goes out to milk the cows. Once that's done he can let them out and then work on the goats, who also need to be milked. If they're good, then he can move on to the sheep. Sheep only need to be sheared every now and then, so usually after he takes care of the barn animals John Brown can let them out into the pasture. After he takes care of that he goes on to check the chickens, who need their eggs collected. This takes up most of his morning and is good for building stamina. John Brown then typically runs a couple of laps around the farm and makes sure any routine maintenance requests are taken care of. This could be repairing fences, paving pathways, or harvesting plants as needed. All of this builds a very healthy lifestyle, one he enjoys immensely.
