The best way to train endurance and stamina is a short fight with several people. And by that I mean fighting dudes at the bar when on a bender. There is nothing better than throwing fists at a bag, or a face to really get the blood flowing and make sure that the heart is in top condition. The real problem here can be if you get hit yourself, so that is why gnabe has really worked on dodging fists as well. So far he has used this conditioning trick to really get I ntop physical shape and the team has started to adopt this technique as a regular part of their in season training. This has resulted in several bars banning the team from being on site, while others are trying to get them to show up regularly due to the number of sales they can make to get the boys in a state where they are willing to fight.
