The facts are the following : 1. keep training, keep growing, get good enough to demand anything you want. 2. After you are good, keep going to get even better. 3. The money doesn't matter, all that matters is success. How you measure that success matters. If you put your team in the best position possible when you are on the ice, I call that success. If you are a liability on the ice, you gotta go back to step 1. Once you are the best, you tell your gm and teammates thank you, and keep working your butt off until you can retire. Make your money then, sell your self for advertisements.



Also Troy McClure Jr had an agent, who made 40%. Once Jr saw that money gone, he stopped trying.
