A major SHL rookie player has softlaunched their relationship with another (a former Juniors teammate) by attending Player #2’s playoff games following their own elimination. Player #1 was seen sitting with other spouses and partners of Player #2’s teammates as well as other family members, and attended all of Player #2’s playoff games.
Allegedly, the relationship began before the season, but after the end of last season, so they were never dating as teammates. And allegedly, both players enjoy a soft drink that comes in an orange can.

Manhattan Rage star rookie Celeste Desjardins was spotted this past week in attendance at the Syndicate v Renegades playoff series, in which former Citadelles teammate (and alleged beau) Leo Roze was playing. Desjardins made the trip from New York after the Rage’s final game of the season, a 4-1 loss to the Minnesota Monarchs which ended their season on a 3-game losing streak.
Desjardins was expected by many to be a major contender for SHL Rookie of the Year accolades, but it seems that those laurels may instead go to Roze, their (alleged!) partner. 
They were seen sitting with Syndicate SAPs and family, though this may have been for relative privacy as much as relationship to a player. 

The Rage organization has declined to comment, as have the agents of both Desjardins and Roze. The Citadelles front office refused to comment, with prejudice. Requests for comment from the Syndicate front office have not been responded to.

Nor were they spotted participating in “SAP gear” or “SAP jackets” - in fact, Desjardins has never even been seen wearing so much as a Syndicate-branded ball cap or yellow and gray bracelet.
