Mac Turner is actually known for his great tasting cooking. Mac's favorite food and dish to cook will surprise none who know him. Here is a Hint, its in Mac's name... Mac n Cheese. Mac n Cheese is by far Mac Turner's favorite meal. In fact, it would be his preferred last meal. So I think it would be a surprise to no one what Mac would choose to Cook. 
Mac, after extensive research which took him from the Ancient Pyramids of Egypt to Southern USA, has found the perfect recipe for Mac n Cheese. Now understanding that these are Athletes, they need their protein, the only thing in the recipe Mac really has to adjust is to add some protein. Mac's choice is Chicken, though as he discovered in his extensive research, most things can be added to Mac n Cheese. There is no doubt in Mac Turner's mind on who will win this 'cookoff.'
