Steve Harrington is a professional motivational speaker at this point just going around and being a veteran presence on rebuilding teams and then getting kicked out once he is done mentoring them. He can still hang with the kids though and can teach them some moves or two, but mostly he is good at helping the rookies adapt to the SHL and keep building their potential. He helps keep rookies on the straight and narrow, makes sure they show up to practice and don't use AI on their PTs. Everything he learned about being a mentor he learned from those that helped him when he was young. Players like Disisde Dayudie, Monkey D. Luffy, and others pushed him to be the best player he could be and Harrington wants to do the same for other players and leave a lasting legacy not just on the history page but also in the hearts of those that go on to also become great.
