Sonja has never really been the type to directly help her teammates. Or at least she does not go out of her own way to do so, of course if any of her teammates comes to her for some help or advice she is more than happy to do so but she does not look to find people who need those. Or if she can't help then she will try to find someone who can, which is most of the time her poor twin sister, Frøya. That being said, she tends to have a few soft spot for certain players. She usually takes those players under her wing and tries to help them as best as she can. Be that by giving advice, motivating or by any other means. It is also worth mentioning that it usually takes time for Sonja to trust new faces so it's not that she doesn't want to help them but rather she just prefer to focus on her own business than to ask around the rookies if they need any help.
