I have been here for a while and I think having 2 separate tasks that give the same amount of points the CW used to give is one of the biggest improvements that happened. I still hate doing it but it makes it better imo.
I don't think voting would be a good idea for most things. This is a sim league, not a country that actually affects your life. People are scared of change and I feel it would keep the league back to have everyone vote. Sometimes people are hostile to a change and then realize it was for the best.
