So I haven't the experience to make accurate judgements on who deserves MVP, but I will try my best. In no particular order we'll start with Doug Weight. He is first overall in both points and assists, 4th overall in goals, 5th overall in powerplay goals, and 10th overall plus minus. Solid offensive player and one of the many reasons Maine Timber continues to dominate. Next we have Baron Samedi. 1st overall shot percentage, 2nd overall goals and 5th overall points Baron is also a very solid offensive player, and is Colorado's star this season. This speaks to me personally a bit more as the Colorado Raptors, while 3rd overall in the standings are nowhere near Maine's record, and that speaks to Baron's skill a lot. Lastly I would like to nominate the defenseman Boofa Benson. I have a soft spot for defensive playstyles, and Boofa here is the 1st overall in shots blocked and I think that deserves some recognition. Yeah goals are exciting and how you win, but stopping your opponents goals is just as important.
