Slip McScruff does not limit the brands he's willing to work with. The only limit is his own brand appeal. He has enough space on his jersey to fit every company that has reached out to him and still become the first player with first and last name with a three digit number. If he wasn't grandfathered into the bucket-less deal, he would try to sell some ad space on his helmet too. He has taken a new approach where he shows up to career day and hands out his business card to all the companies trying to recruit high schoolers. He's still looking for his Marshawn Lynch Beacon Plumbing deal which gets him paid long after he's done on the ice. I don't think anyone could have predicted that plumbing would be a gold mine for Marshawn, so Slip is turning over every stone. With his agent, they are banking on the pest control or the children's candy sponsorships, as long as no one mixes them up. |
