Inge Baardsen has just finished his first season in the SHL, so you wouldn’t expect him to be too much of a leader in Baltimore, and he never sets out to be one, particularly. He proudly wore the ‘A’ on his chest for 2 seasons in Regina but felt that he wasn’t selected because he is the most vocal on the ice or the bench, even in the locker room. He always strived to work as hard as possible and be someone that anyone on the team or staff could talk to. Being a people person is important to him, even when surrounded by league stars like Erik Bergmark, Georg N’Zola and team legends like M’Baku Olubari. Inge likes to talk to everyone, he as open as possible and do everything he can to help the team. Train hard, be a people person and give everything you have on the ice, that’s Inge’ natural style of leadership.
