Hey everyone! I wanna start by thanking the outgoing @By-Tor for his work in this role the last few seasons, it's genuinely appreciated! He's chosen to step down which means we are in the market for a co-fed head!

Responsibilities will include:

- Keeping the federation engaged and helping stimulate LR activity
- Helping with lines and legal transfers
- Involvement with IIHF HO in discussions
- Aiding with any IIHF issues as they arise

Transfer help and tactics are the big two for me, I am not very FHM-smart and we're fairly reliant on transfers as a very low create federation.

Pay is $4,000,000 per season.

In your app please include:

- Any relevant experience (WJC GM, IIHF Fed Head previously, HO or SHL/SMJHL GM, etc.)
- Your player's current national eligibility
- Any goals or issues you specifically have for the federation, if any such things exist.


I can only hire players who either are Swiss already, or are eligible for transfers per the IIHF rules. If your player isn't Swiss (or unassigned), I would recommend letting your federation head know before committing or applying.
