As the SMJHL season kicks off, the Kelowna Knights are embracing a rebuilding year. With a 5-7-4 record, it’s clear the team is still finding its footing. However, there are some bright spots on the roster that will be crucial for success this season.
First up is Grog Strongjaw, our rookie center. He’s shown promise with 3 goals and 4 assists, bringing energy and playmaking ability to the ice. Then we have Dirk Dienhart, who’s been a standout with 3 goals and 11 assists for a total of 14 points. His vision and ability to set up plays will be key in helping the Knights score.
Another key player is Jauhnne Hawky, contributing 5 goals and 6 assists. His scoring ability will be essential for the team’s offensive efforts. Finally, Scott Justice has also made an impact, netting 6 goals and 5 assists. Together, these players will be vital in shaping the Knights' future as they develop through this rebuilding year.
