Inge Baardsen is a man of very little ego. He never grew up wealthy, all his money, and that of his parents, was spent on his hockey when he was growing up. He doesn’t see the off-ice staff in any of the teams he has played for as being there to serve him, they are colleagues and everyone has their specialties. In Regina, he was very popular among the variety of behind the scenes member of staff, from the physios and trainers to the kit team, right through to the arena crew. They even let Inge drive the Zamboni once! He is with Baltimore now and into his second season. The step up in size of the overall organisation is pretty big between the J and SHL proper, so he is still learning some peoples names. But he does his best to show appreciation for everyone he interacts with on or off the ice
