The mascot of the Tampa Bay Barracuda is, obviously, a barracuda fish. But unfortunately they haven't come up with a good idea to host and manage and actual fish in the arena. Until now...

The idea is simple, but genius. You might already have concluded what I'm talking about. Since what exists there of in massive amounts in a hockey arena? Ice! And what is ice made of? Water! So the perfect idea of where the team will be housing their barracudas will be under the ice! The plan is to make the ice layer much thicker than before. Probably a couple of feet. And then melt the bottom half of the ice, allowing it to turn back to water. Which in turn the team mascot(s) can live in!

As a bonus we'll be training the fish to snap at the opposing goalie during games. And have the floor of the visiting team's bench be see-through. Distracting them all when the game is playing.
