Yeah, On the outside to many it appears it is just the players, head coach and GM running the ship. But the truth the actual truth is that it takes a village to run a hockey team. Fans do not see the behind the scenes work that goes into the on ice production. There are scouts at games around the world looking for players to sign, draft, ad trade for to make this team better. There is the video review and statistics room to analyze plays, review bad calls, do all  of that work. The athletic trainers are there with the players every game every practise on the plane to make sure they are in the best shape they can be. The equipment managers are there every game and practise as well, to make sure all the sticks, skates are to the tuning just as the players likes. As I said it takes a village.
