Also there is clearly a known that trades could be rejected by HO because LAP last two trades were posted with a as long as they are approved...

Meaning to me the league can reject trades, and yes it has happened in the past for being one-sided to give a team a clear competitive advantage against the rest of the league.

No I added that in there to protect LAP. We’d be over budget if only 1 trade got processed. They needed to be done at the same time to ensure LAP didn’t break cap rules / roster rules

And if my trade included a pick that was double traded, HO would reject it at the manager level before it even got to the public eye
