When Tingle first joined the league he was not very well versed in social media. Despite being a young kid he never followed down that path. As he had gotten deeper into the league he realized how much social media influences the younger generation and how it can be used as a promotional platform for his team. Tingle started his own account in his second year in the league. It was mainly a way to interact with fans and bring awareness to the team. He did his best to stay away from the negativity but it’s hard to not follow along with some of it. He spent more time engaging with fans who would comment on the team events or who would DM him. He would even respond to some of the haters to see if they would be willing to see things from Tingles side of things. Social media has been a great tool since Tingle started using it and will continue to use it as long as he is apart of the hockey world.
