Growing together to learn the professional game from the onset of their careers is a surefire way to build chemistry, but importantly, it also ensures that the team's culture is solidified and ready to accept additions when they happen without being disruptive. That was the situation Jesus Murphy found himself in after being acquired by the Seattle Argonauts after completing his rookie season with the Hamilton Steelhawks.
