Well, Tampa has gone through their little rebuild and they are back at the end of it in playoff contention yet again. They are a good team, but I do hate their philosophy. I remember growing up when they managed to string together that 0 win season. They actually went out and recruited worse players to try their best to tank. It's bad form and it's a bad look for the league to tolerate that kind of crap. Because of that I've never really liked them as a team, and I do really like beating them. In some ways it's kindof like a battle of philosophies.
I say this because Philly has been competitive almost immediately since formation. Their first few playoffs were pretty decided losses early, but they got to the dance, which is important. They haven't hit a re tool or re build phase since I've been involved with them, and they are a general fun place to be. No bs tanking to load up on one class, down with Tampa!
