Wizard takes the desk and the one thing he is asked is how the team could improve for next year and how he can improve his own gameplay. While the dynamic went really well this season there are still places of improvement where the offense after more time together will be able to develop a well solidified bond. The main thing Wizard wants to improve is Calgarys efficiency on offense, the first line had an excellent season for his first season with them but he wants to continue to develop that in order to make this team championship caliber as lets be honest he wasn't efficient at all himself. Then something else he wants to personally improve on is his giveaways. Wizard was really bad with giveaways this season often costing his team possession, if Wizard is able to convert these giveaways into takeaways even he can at least put his defense in a better position. The defense doesnt exactly love all of Wizards giveaways.
