Jack Ellul's first season with the Thunder Bay Walleye was a personal success. After being drafted ninth overall there were clear expectations placed upon the young rookie. Jack was able to meet those expectations by playing more than twenty minutes a night in his first year and leading the team's defence in scoring with nine goals and twenty-nine assists. Though the playoffs did not go as planned for the Walleye I had an amazing time with the team and am excited for the years to come as I continue my SMJHL career before making the jump to the SHL. Going forward, I want to continue to help my team play solid, physical hockey and be able to contribute on both sides of the puck. Knowing the team in Thunder Bay has my back and is helping guide me I know that Jack Ellul can develop into a star player and some day soon the Walleye will bring a championship to Thunder Bay.

If Myers has one fan, then I’m THAT ONE.
If Myers has no fans, that means I’m dead.
