Written Option 2: Dionicio takes the physical side of hockey very seriously and prides himself on his physical abilities. The legs get the majority of the focus, it is hard to play hockey when you are slower than everyone else. Dionicio instead goes the opposite approach, if you are faster than everyone you can hit them like a truck at any time. While legs get the focus, Dionicio doesn't ignore anything else, just trains it less. Big arms look cool but for hockey, the core is more important. Dionicio’s style of physical player requires the ability to be stronger than everyone and tank contact for around 25 minutes per game. With all the focus on the physical, the mental can be left in the dust. That’s why Dionicio takes days off now and then, where he can focus on nothing at all and do whatever he wants. The ability to calm down, rest and not worry is critical for the long-term health of the mind.
