Without someone to constantly be bringing him food, he would be done for. Maybe he will have a team mate who can forage in the woods and survive, but that team mate would eventually get tired of having to split half or more of their food with Ongo and he would definitely get voted off. Ongo has a strict caloric intake requirement of 4,000 per day, in the from of Taco Bell. Without that, he is useless. The second his stomach started rumbling he would lose his mind and demand to be brought back to Boston.
