Johnny FourStar, the great Winnipeg Aurora forward, focuses on physical strength training to stay in tip top shape. Johnny does all sorts of exercises. He squats. He deadlifts. He does lunges. And that's just the leg and back exercises! Johnny also does upper body workouts, like curls and bench press. And we cannot forget about the cardio! Johnny loves to go on bike rides. There is just so much that can be done to improve physical strength.
It is important to draw a balance between physical training and rest. Rest is when the muscles have a chance to recover and grow. And no one takes rest more seriously than Johnny FourStar. At this late stage of his career, Johnny has to do what's necessary to take care of his body. Especially because Johnny is a physical player, that makes it even more important to be sure to take care of his body.
