For those who have kept up with Mary Hollywood lore, you may recall that there was a woman who was hired as a wee little minion in Regina Elk Hockey Ops named Mia Morningstar. Mary Hollywood decided, somewhat unilaterally, that Mia was to become Mary's new best friend. When Mary was finally called up to The Big Leagues, it just so happened that Mia was in need of a new job. She didn't exactly get fired but uh, she was kind of hosed when the Elk up and moved to Thunder Bay. Thus, her career was at a bit of a crossroads. She decided to head to Manhattan over Thunder Bay (wise choice) and ended up being Mary's Best Friend as an actual job again. Because everyone is sick and dying on the team, Mary would implore her BFF and the rest of the front office folks to Suit The Hell Up and get out there, lest the Rage be hosed.

They would probably still be hosed anyway, to be perfectly honest.
