A generational talent doesn’t come around too often in the SHL.  There are a ton of great players, but few get to truly define a generation with their play.  Claude’s build is based around the three R’s of goaltending and that is all about controlling where you are around the puck and keeping yourself ready at any time.  There is room to grow with the young net minder, but the foundation is SOLID.

Claude played to some degree in 40 contest this season posting a record of 16-16-1 and a 3.76 GAA with a .885 save percentage and a shutout.  For a rookie these are solid totals, and their stat line is stronger than his counter part leading me to believe he has the tools to excel in their second season and beyond.

I said it before I believe Claude could be a generational talent, there will be some luck involved as they will need a good team around them to really shine.  Whomever is lucky enough to snag this goalie will have one of the best in the league for a long, long time.

Thanks for the kind words, and the Justin Time comparison is so fitting since I studied Justin's build for my own. The Nevada team also was for sure forward heavy for strength, so it isn't the easiest in regards to defense, so I'm fairly happy with the results for Claude and enjoy the pieces we have. I'm hoping Nevada can take a great step next season.

But I really like the shouts you did here. Wednesday is an underrated as fuck part of Nevada, Prime's been active when it comes to media this season and can be great value. Been talking to Barron and she's great and can see why Vancouver took her high. Then we got Jess and Corey as two strong users. I'm def interested in learning a few of the comparisons to SHL players you've listed as a new player.
