Greetings SHL, 

Head Office was alerted to the fact that user @LALLAREN_1. had been displaying some troubling nazi symbolism on their personal accounts. While it had always been HO's stance to avoid investigating issues that happen outside of the league, the nature of these allegations prompted all five commissioners to investigate further. 

During our investigation, the user's GM's were quickly looped in about the evolving situation, and the user in question was confronted about these facts. This process revealed that the user was actively engaged in nazi-aligned political activism, and shared no regret about the symbols found within their personal accounts. This information was obtained from the user's own disclosure of information. 

The 5 commissioners, as well as head office and the community, cannot allow someone who believes in the Nazi party and is accepting of those symbols within their personal lives to continue to exist within our community. This goes against everything we stand for and all the efforts that have been made by everyone to make this a safe, welcoming, inclusive space for all, regardless of color, creed, race, religion or sexual orientation. This is us taking a hard stand against it. 

Unanimously and collectively, the 5 commissioners have elected to permanently ban user @LALLAREN_1, effective immediately. The player Rodwin Dionicio, will play out the remainder of the S81 season, before being auto-retired following the start of the off-season. 

In light of the sensitive nature of this punishment, we ask that you continue to treat your fellow SHL members with kindness and respect. Any questions may be directed to either one of the 5 commissioners.

As always, user @LALLAREN_1 may appeal the decision to the appeals committee by forwarding an appeal to one of @DrunkenTeddy or @Leafs4ever. Any appeal should be filed within 48 hours of this punishment being posted.
