12. It really depends on how much control the expansion GMs have over which players they get to take. If they can take whoever they want a lot of teams are going to get hit hard, most likely losing some very good players and having to figure out how to plug new holes in their lines. On the other hand, if they have less control I think teams that have older rosters will be hit harder.
