Wow my first SHL trade, I must say it is bittersweet

First off I want to thank the Platoon for my amazing time there. I have nothing but love and respect for all of you.

Kesler: I was a bit apprehensive when you were first brought in but you really got the locker room to be more active and you really are a great guy despite some of the shit you get from the league and some silly mistakes you make. Being in a locker room with you is rather really fun!

Dion: You are all about leadership and a team first guy and were my captain when I first came into the NWJHL. The platoon made a great choice selecting you first overall and I have no doubt that you will be the face of the franchise. Keep repping for those leafs!

Toast: A monkey with half a brain could see how much you do for this league. Especially in running the NWJHL. I have nothing but respect for you and you have one of the best personalities in the league. If anyone deserves to be the next commish it's you.

Buster: Oh Buster. You are something else entirely. An absolute dick and I love you for it. You say the funniest shit and I'm really going to miss your snide comments. Nurmi belongs in that Platoon Hall of Fame.

BBH: I must say you were perhaps the biggest surprise when I found a home in West Kendall and I mean it in an entirely good way. I didn't know much about you but you quickly grew into one of my favorite members on the site. Best of luck in everything and stay awesome.

Maxy/Syckez: No I'm not grouping you guys together because I'm getting lazy. I'm grouping you together because I think it needs to be said how the two of you make an absolute beast GM team. You guys are nothing but class and treated all of us with respect and made each and every one of us feel like an important member. For that I thank you. People are going to love to come to West Kendall and it's going to be because of you two. I hope to see the Panthers against you guys in the finals some day.

You guys have a great team and I truly wish you all the best.

LA is a team that has gone through a lot of turmoil in the last couple of seasons.

Taron is a good friend of mine who I think paid a crazy price to get me.... To be traded for a well respected member like HFFO and a d-man who has more TPE than me is no doubt flattering.

I know he does have a vision to rebrand this team and rebuild its reputation and I am looking forward to taking a leadership role in the process.

I see a bright future ahead for this team with a bunch of new faces being brought in within the last couple of days who are all great members. This includes fellow Knight teammate Shetler, respected vets like vintagerockstar and the great draftees we picked up today.

I'm looking forward to the future and bringing back another cup to LA.
