Guys i need help for biceps and pecs
My triceps r pretty good and not a problem I just really wanna boost my biceps the most Pecs I can get its just the biceps my problem.... Wat workout regime do U guys recommend

ok...im a goalie in real life and I am going to have to lead my team this year. I am going to have to be the backbone of the team and Im gonna have to steal the big wins. This means getting in shape.
any summer training suggestions???
