anyone try WS4SB before? i'm going to dump linear lifts by bill starr for that in a month or two.

Anyone have experiences with creatine? what is it? I'm starting it this week and I want to hear ppl about it

I use creatine. You notice the difference. It's minor difference but it's there. It's recommended you cycle it like 6 weeks on then 4 weeks off. Make sure you drink a lot of water or you may have problems in the long run

Guys i need help for biceps and pecs
My triceps r pretty good and not a problem I just really wanna boost my biceps the most
Pecs I can get its just the biceps my problem.... Wat workout regime do U guys recommend

I just restarted working out after nearly a year off. What are some good products i can take to really help me out. Like some guaranteed stuff lol and not roids.

Although eating is key

ok...im a goalie in real life and I am going to have to lead my team this year. I am going to have to be the backbone of the team and Im gonna have to steal the big wins. This means getting in shape.

any summer training suggestions???

Whey protein is good to start then move on to creatine
I'm starting now to take my whey seriously... Was just taking it whenever
