A X-Factor that applies to Tomas Suchanek would certainly have to be his vision on the ice. Suchanek essentially has X-Ray vision to see around screens and make the saves through traffic.

TheGreatOne would have the hidden talent "sharpshooter", ability to score from any spot on the ice a one time use per game. I'd tell them to tweak my guy with some extra speed and stickhandling

Jacob’s X-factor ability would be pushing his opponents out of sight. While he takes the puck and hits it aiming for the net no matter how far he is. Then people will know the full might of the Frenchman. This is the best that I can come up with to be frank.

Gina Pinard is not really a fan of video games, but she is a fan of chaos so she will happily select a player of any of the other 15 teams and have their speed turned down to 5/100

The hidden ability that Pohler Beargeron has is his intimidation. I can only imagine how the other players will feel when they line up to take a face off against a full grown polar bear.
