I'll have to do some reading about what New Orleans is famous for, I got no clue

New Orleans, def famous for Mardi Gras, their party atmosphere. They got some decent French (Cajin) and Spanish influence. Quite good food, especially Gumbo. Could be an interesting read up to find more. That and New Orleans is sinking and I don't wanna swim.
